I am in network with the following insurance companies through billing services Headway and Alma, as of May 2025:
Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Colorado, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health.
I am in the process of credentialing with United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar and will update all sites once I am in network.

Each privately held insurance plan works differently from the next. Most plans require members to have some financial responsibility in terms of paying a co-pay or deductible at the time the services are rendered. Please contact your insurance company directly for a full list of benefits and associated fees. The fees may differ from the self-pay rates.
For those applying out-of-network insurance plans for services, the self-pay rate will be applied. Upon request, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Colorado Medicaid does not allow providers to accept out of pocket payments for services that are covered by their plans.

(Approximately 60-90 minutes): $300
These rates apply to those who are not using insurance and choose to pay out of pocket. Payment is due at the time of service.
(Approximately 30-45 minutes): $150
These rates apply to those who are not using insurance and choose to pay out of pocket. Payment is due at the time of service.

(For every 15 minutes): $50
For all requested letters, including documentation for work, school, emotional support animals, or other purposes. Payment is required prior to completion.
A $75 fee will be applied for missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees.
